We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or reschedules are made at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the booked service price, at the salon’s discretion.

This policy helps us manage our time effectively and offer availability to other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
